Resilience & Renewal Therapist Circle

Resilience & Renewal Therapist Circle is designed for mental health professionals who spend their days attending to other people's needs. As devoted caregivers, it is easy to overlook our own needs while tending to others. This group offers a nurturing space where therapists and other mental health professionals can come together to replenish, rejuvenate, and connect. 

Through mindfulness exercises, creative activities, and opportunities to release stress, we will engage in a simple rhythm of nourishing practices to renew your spirit and prevent compassion fatigue and burnout. 

Join our community of compassionate healers and prioritize your own self-care while cultivating a deeper sense of balance and renewal. Your well-being matters too, and this is the perfect place to honor it!

Fees for Fall 2023 session are $295 and are due with your registration. A reduced rate of $250 is available for those who register by September 25. Last day to register is October 3. Please send payments to www.venmo.com/liz-brekelbaum. Space is limited.

Please note that this program is subject to cancellation if the minimum required number of participants is not met. Evergreen Counseling & Wellness is excited to provide this space for therapists, and, in order to create a valuable experience for all, it is essential that we have a minimum number of participants. If the program needs to be canceled due to insufficient registrations, registered participants will be notified in advance and provided with the option of a refund or credit towards a future class.
